Barbora’s motto is simple: do it scared. Whether that means moving to New Zealand to live in a van for a year or stepping onto a stage at an international dance festival, she believes fear is rarely a reason to stop. On the contrary, it can be a sign that something is worth doing.
With a background in marketing and communication, Barbora has spent her career learning how to turn complex ideas into messages that people understand, remember and act on - and how to make an impact that lasts beyond the room.
She is endlessly curious about what makes people listen, what makes a speaker memorable and how to communicate with persuasion, confidence and impact.
And she doesn’t believe confidence lives only in your words. As a passionate Cuban salsa dancer and teacher, she knows firsthand that presence starts with the body - how you enter a room, how you take up space and how comfortable you are with being seen.
In her trainings, Barbora combines communication expertise with energy, playfulness and a strong focus on practical experience. Her goal is simple: to help people find their voice, own their presence and dare to be seen.
