TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Any travel and accommodation costs incurred will be charged separately. For journeys by car, a kilometer allowance of EUR 0.42/km applies. No kilometer allowance is charged for trips to venues in Vienna.

2. Only with Sebastian Körber (not valid for Senior/Junior Trainers): Flights and train journeys are to be booked in Business or First Class.

3. The indicated investments are in EURO and do not include VAT.

4. Terms of payment: Billing takes place after the measure has been carried out. Payment terms are 2 weeks after invoicing to the account: sekoerber GmbH – Erste Bank – 20111, AT62 20111 8388 3680 000

5. Travel activities of less than 3 hours to the venue will only be charged with km money or reimbursement of expenses.

6. Only with Sebastian Körber (not valid for senior/junior trainers)
   If the travel time to the event location exceeds 3 hours, a rate of €100 (excl. VAT) per hour of travel time (regardless of the means of transport) will be charged. 
   Measurement from Vienna Airport (airplane) / Vienna city limits (car) / train station (train).
   Conditions falling within the area of force majeure will NOT be charged additionally (delays, congestion,…).

7. Cancellation fees Sebastian Körber:

• 50 to 30 days before the measure – 25% of the order amount,

• 29 to 10 days before the measure – 50% of the order amount,

• 9-0 days before action - 100% of the order amount.

8. Cancellation Fees Senior Trainer:

• 25 to 9 days before the measure – 25% of the order amount,

• 8 to 4 days before the measure – 50% of the order amount,

• 3-0 days before action - 100% of the order amount

9. Cancellation Fees Junior Trainers:

• 20 to 7 days before the measure – 25% of the order amount,

• 6 to 2 days before action - 50% of the order amount, 1-0 days before action - 100% of the order amount
